I have brewed many kits, and this was the most troublesome for the main reason that the honey was dry and crystalized....if the honey had been fresh, I would have given 5 stars...

This was my first Brewers best kit. Everything was in kit. Found Instructions to be good. Easy to follow. Just sampled my first beers this week. Taste great. Will be making more in the future.

The kit's always complete. Buy it, add effort and waite (as in "missing you") and sparkly tax-free beer in a month or less. This is my 5th Honey Brown... I use this brand all of the time. I was worried it would be missing stuff when it got here but it was all there. It was exactly like what I get at the brew store

The fact it’s using honey makes it so the malt is less prevalent. Not much malt goes in so the beer tasted rather weak to me. Weak as in no flavor notes. Tasted more like a mass produced lager than a craft beer. Wasn’t bad just nothing to rave about.

Do not buy this kit. Instructions say nothing about malt extract. Done many of the brewers best and was confused when it didn’t ask for malt extract. We brewed following the instructions. Beer didn’t taste right. After looking at the description on Amazon, it stated malt extract included. There was the isssue. Malt extract was missing in all 3 boxes. Wasted 130 dollars and wasted the 4 hours in brewing. Don’t waste you money.

Bad yeast meant no fermentation. I always follow the instructions precisely when doing Home brew. I pitch the yeast at the recommended temperature and fermentation never occurred.
