Works great 👍 perfect fit. Allows you to position it right where you need it! Tight seal and quality oem Briggs and Stratton part!

Spacing between the mounting holes were a little narrow to fit my79cc engine. Also I had to file some to fit 8mm lugs, and used larger flat washers to mount on my engine. Otherwise, everything else is okay.

As many reviews stated item too small. I assumed they were trying to put in larger Motor. I have a new Briggs motor approx 5 hp and the ad said it would fit. However the item is too small fit it. Might fit a 2-3 hp motor.

Expensive for what you get. but well built. Too small for 5hp B&G engine. I won't return it, I'll just use it on a different project.

there was some info that it was 3/4" in diameter. It is less than 1/2 in diameter it may have a circumference of 3/4. It is made for 1/2 pipe threads. Most likely something for a very small engine. I have donated them to a local school who works on small engines.

sort of expensive for what it is, but whatever. Bought for a minibike exhaust . Off the side of a honda clone 6.5 horse I had to use a grinder to widen out the holes for the bolts, and it's sort of small so it's not quite as big as the exhaust port on the engine, sort of sits offset so it blocks it a little bit. My fault, it does indeed say Briggs in the description so maybe I shouldn't have been so hopefull....this would be a nice part for a smaller engine though. like a 3.5 -5 horse briggs or something like that. It's a sturdy little piece though, just not quite what I was looking for for my application....
