I bought this to replace the Harbor Freight Predator twin cylinder engine. Even though it is almost 3 times as expensive, I need reliability which the Harbor Freight engine does not have. I have bought 8 Harbor Freight engines and they all have given me problems at the wrong time causing me downtime and lots of frustration. So far, this engine is quieter and has not had one problem. I am thrilled I switched and will never buy a Harbor Freight engine again.
