Pulls steam out of the room stat... Got this to try to stop mold on our ceiling and this thing is powerful. It's so powerful that when it gets turned on while I'm in the tub it makes the room seem cold and I think makes my water cool down faster. We use this with a timer and it seems to be drying out the bathroom fast.

We love using this brand of exhaust fan because of design, durability, and quality components/ overall performance.

We bought this product when finishing our basement bathroom. This is the same vent we have throughout the rest of the house, so it is a perfect fit. The noise level is fairly low and its easy to install. We bought 2 (one for the washroom and one for the work room) Would recommend this product.

My homebuilders bathroom exhaust fan had gone out for the 2nd time in 15 years. It never really did a good job of clearing steam out of the bathroom, seen from a fogged up mirror. The older paddle wheel fan shown was rated at 50CFM (I think). So a squirrel cage fan rated for 110 CFM seem to be a good choice for an upgrade. The install was easy, took me a couple of hours, instructions are easy to read and understand. My only complaint is not related to this fan directly. The new fan is designed for a 4inch flex vent duct. My old one used a 3inch flex duct hose. If I could, and I might in the future, I should have installed a 4inch flex duct in the attic. But installing this fan from inside the bathroom space was important for me.I had to use a 4 to 3 inch reducer to connect my vent hose. I'm probably not getting the whole 110 CFM because of this. But the fan still out performs my old one by leaps and bounds. The mirror gets a small amount of fog only at the very top when I take a very hot shower. Bathroom is no longer muggy getting out of the shower. So far so good.

This would cost way more in big box stores, this was bigger than the one I had and more powerful. Not very loud but you can hear it, its a fan. Great buy easy install if you no what your doing.

I installed this fan and my son tried it out by taking a shower. I noticed it has a loud fluttering sound, and when he was done with his shower, the walls was just as wet as with the 70cfm fan it replaced, and this is just a 6x7 foot bathroom! I put a sheet of single ply toilet paper to the grill and it would just barely hold it in place. It took a lot of work to put this fan in, and it’s no improvement on the smaller one I took out. I hate to go through the trouble of taking it back out and sending it back, but I’m really considering it. P.S. I don’t understand how this fan got so many 5 stars!

This seems to be a fantastic product. It's an awesome value for the money.I installed two of these in separate bathrooms (one 110 and one 80) very quickly as retrofits and couldn't be happier. Will definitely buy again if the need arises at a new house or if our last fan goes out.It is a little noisy, WHICH I LOVE. Not unbearable at all, it's just enough to kind of drown out other noises. There's nothing going on in my bathroom that I or anyone else needs to hear.

Wanted a fan that actually made noise. Privacy is a great thing in the bathroom. That said, this is still pretty quiet. Most of the noise heard is from the flexible foil ductwork being blown around from the moving air. Its not silent, but it is very quiet compared to the old $20 broan standard issue units. Will be buying another for the upstairs bathroom once I get to the renovation.
