States will fit My carrier model based on its model number range ! It is a tad tight and had to squeeze in. Makes a mess doing this! So I would suggest someone update the Amazon app to the correct size. States 3.94x3.94x3.94 , it’s definitely over 10x10x3.94. First mistake, second it’s a bit big. Be careful if your model is like ours almost 20 years old.

I received the product with one of the two boxes damaged. No protective packaging. One of the two products was in good condition. Product easy to install. Does a good job providing moisture into my home. Price was good. Would recommend purchasing this product.

These are the original Carrier humidifier pads, and not some off brand copycat. The 2 pack is a great value. One pad lasts entire heating season so 2 pack is a 2 year supply, at least where I live.Each of the 2 pads is in its own sealed box. The 2 boxes are then shrinkwrapped together.Easy to replace pad yourself, rather than paying service company to do it.

Perfect fit and the exact OEM pad that came with my new Bryant humidifier. I have no complaints here my home is warm and we are free of any static electricity and it lessens the drying effects of the season. I had read reviews that stated that some only received one pad but that was not my experience; I received 2 pads packaged individually in a protective sleeve. I am happy with my experience with this order and I will return for more when the time comes. I would recommend this item! I am pleased that I can come to Amazon and effortlessly locate exactly what I am looking for and at the same time I know that I am going to buy it for a competitive price! Though I always do double check the item numbers given in the description with the company’s site so I’m sure what I’m getting and I can’t remember a time that I found a discrepancy; so I buy with confidence from Amazon; that keeps me coming back time n time again!
