I had ordered a smaller one and when we brought the hamster home, it looked like he would barely fit. Returned it and got this one and it was perfect. He uses it to take sand baths, which is fun to watch him dig and roll around in it. It is easy to clean as the lid lifts off. I got the little scoops so that she could clean it out like a litter box if needed.

This was larger & deeper than I expected!I purchased this for my tiny (20g) robo hamster who kept kicking all the sand out of her sandbath. I got the size large bc I still wanted her to have a good amount of space and depth for digging. I like that this fits in a corner and has a lot of depth!So far it's worked well for her, she gets to dig without all the sand going out of her sand bath. It's nice and lightweight, and clear so easy to see through & ensure it's clean.I don't think this is enough sand bath for a robo on it's own, I purchased two of these for her enclosure. She's in a 200 qt bin cage currently.

Fits my Syrian hamster perfectly. I ordered many different brands and they are either way too BIG or too small. This one was "just right." Ample room for him to move around, shimmy and shake, and of course pee. The sand stays mostly intact. Easy to clean, easy to empty and fill, top stays secure. Best of all it fits nicely in the corner of the cage so it doesn't take up too much space. SO nice, I bought two!

I bought the larger size because my Syrian hamster is just a baby, I put it in his cage and he loves it so far! I’m so glad I bought this! I would recommend this product!

I love this, but my hamster got mad when the sand was still there after digging so hard. She then popped the top, moved it across the cage, and proceeded to empty the sand out into the cage. I had to tape the top on-which she then started chewing off. Now her goal is to throw the sand out the door. It’s fun to watch because she is determined to get all the sand out; however, I really don’t want to have to buy sand in large quantities just to have her throw it all out.

The photo I posted is after FOUR MONTHS in my gerbils cage. She has a bathing sand box and this is her litter box. She LOVES digging in it. There’s lots of space and the sand doesn’t fly out and make a big mess. She hasn’t chewed it at ALL and it has stayed pretty clear and hasn't scratched up when I clean it, which is weekly.I LOVE this sandbox!

War eine gute Kaufentscheidung.Tief genug um als Hamster ein gemütliches Sandbad zu nehmen und ein bisschen zu buddeln.Abgedeckt genug, dass sowohl der Sand als auch der entstandene Staub weitestgehend drin bleiben.

Unsere Rennmäuse sind absolute Zerstörer. Habe mich für dieses Bad entschieden in der Hoffnung, dass der Sand nicht wieder im Käfig landet.... Die Mäuse schaffen auch wirklich weniger Sand raus. Ich bin zufrieden.
