I got my original one from my Podiatrist, and that one is comfortable, softer. This one hurts my toe after wearing it for a few hours. Disappointed.

So far so good. Nice and sturdy piece of equipment

Hopefully this will help alleviate my husbands 2nd toe issues!

The pic of toe splint looked like the top of the splint was at the top of the toes. The elastic loop was placed too low on the underside of the splint. Will have to cut it to fit appropriately. Very disappointed!

I bought this brand because the photo was identical to the one I already have, and was considerably cheaper. However the position of the strap is located closer to the middle of the backing and nothing like the photo shown here. This causes the top of the splint to extend past my foot and not fit into a shoe. It also means less is under the ball of your foot to hold the toe down with the splint. It's like the position of the strap was just just randomly chosen. Complete waste of time and money.

I ordered two of these because I had ordered four from another place but they all look the same. The previous ones I ordered have been washed and unfortunately they don't hold up to being washed too many times before the lining starts to loosen up and elastic starts to ravel and they have to be hand washed, blotted dry with a towel, and hung to finish air drying. Hopefully the two that I last ordered will hold up better than the four that I purchased previously - I have a bunion and the hammer toe lifts up and crosses over the big toe so really the splint does hold the second toe down and eases some of the pain and discomfort but surgery is in the future.

I purchased splint from Atlas Biomechanics, thinking it would be the same as the ones I got two years ago from another seller. When it arrived the top layer of foam was stiff and covering material seemed lightweight. Two months later the split is not useable without repairs (see picture). The true Budin splints I purchased in 2018 are a little frayed on the edges but are still somewhat soft and work great Don't buy this brand if you want a good splint.

This does help, but is painful if you don't progressively add hours to the length of time you wear it.
