Mixed thoughts on this couch. When first putting it together I felt it had a build that was lower to the ground than what I had expected, however I have gotten used to it. I like the deep cushions and size of each individual one. A love seat allows room to fit three people (and more if they are children). I love that you can add cushions to build whatever size you need. The color has been difficult to keep clean (light gray) with children in the house however, holds up well with an upholstery cleaner. My least favorite aspect is the back cushion often falls between the bottom cushion and the backing of the couch. I often have to lift the bottom and reattach it. Overall, it is comfortable and a good option for the price.

Comfy, beautiful, great price and great quality. Yes it is low to the ground but I don’t mind it and it can easily be fixed with new legs

The couch and ottoman are very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. They sit low to the ground so I am thinking to get some new couch legs to raise the couch. The couch itself is firm, it’s comfy enough to nap on but generally firm. After so long my bum starts to get sore from sitting on it. My boyfriend said this isn’t the comfiest couch. We let the cushions air out for 8+ hours before sitting on them. I would give it 3.5 stars if I could but I do really like how it looks in my home.

UPDATE: The rest of the boxes came a few days later. No damages. This sofa was easy to assemble ( instructions were clear) the couch is spacious and comfortable. My only remark is how low it sits to the floor. I will opt to purchase longer legs for desired height. It’s been about a month now and with a family of 10 - ease of cleaning is a plus ! Super comfy !!!Only one box arrived - tracking information is not available for other pieces. I will return to leave additional review if and when the entire couch arrives.If not I will be return the piece I have all together

Pic 1- This color is not grey or even off greyPic 2- very low to ground, hard to get up out ofPic 3- side pillows are not plushPic 4- Back pillows are thin and uncomfortableNo possible way to return in original boxes as the pieces are vacuumed packed. Seller knows this. You be the judge. Buyer Beware! No where close to what is advertised. Compare their picture to what was I was sent. They want me to pay to ship back!Update: Seller agreed to full refund and I don’t needto send it back. They did make this situation right.

I was thrown off by the number of boxes! The box had 3 on it with sides in it. Box 1 came with the loveseat. So it sat in my house waiting for box 2. Seller had to tell me that was all. Crazy! Buy it is so easy to assemble. Just bought bigger lets for height. Cuz it’s too low to the floor. But I love the look! Feel and construction.
