I already had a 2.24" diameter bocce ball in its original OCHRE color. It was time to augment the set with an easier-to-see WHITE one. Variety is not a bad thing...

The palling that came with our set was very small & could not be seen in the grass. This one is the perfect size for grass. The other one needs to be used on sand.

I like it. It's good quality and easy to see for Backyard Bocce. I was looking for a stainless steel / chrome 42mm jack however, to replace a lost one from an Essential Gear Bocce Set that I own.

I ended up paying as much for this one palino that I paid for an entire set online before. It is what I wanted but next time I'll just spend a few bucks more and get an entire new set.
