Don't make the mistake I did and presume that these are the size of a regular egg. They are just a bit smaller (maybe 2/3 the size of a standard Large egg). That made them a bit smaller than I expected. The quality is good, and overall they're going to be great for my Easter project, but the size difference means that they're going to look odd mixed in with some marble eggs that I have, as those are truly egg-sized. No big deal, but be aware.

These eggs and cups are exactly as advertised. I love how the wood is untreated but sanded smooth so I can paint them with my kids for Pascha this year. The cups will be particularly useful for displaying the eggs, considering I don't want to pile them in a basket. The eggs are light and while the wood is definitely not a hardwood, I don't think they're made of a softwood either, maybe pine? So they will be fairly durable to toddlers crafting them.I think $19 is a little much for these 6 eggs and cups (especially considering they are made in China). I will shop around for different prices if I need any more, but there is nothing wrong with the eggs I received, they are as advertised and of reasonable quality.
