A bï+çh to replace thanks to GM engineering, but that annoying buzzing sound is finally gone. The part arrived quickly and done the trick

Unsatisfactory quality. Not even close to the same internal design. The fan is held in by magnetic field causing it to fall against the housing when installed overhead. Noisy. The temperature probe is external instead of internal. It may work in other applications but my 06 Silverado isn’t one of them.
