For me this was a full win. The cost of these compared to many other brands is quite budget friendly. The contractor said there were some tedious things that needed to be worked out, but the look great and perform as needed. There may have been some offset of cost for labor given it being a little more tedious. However the GC said although it took a little time to figure it out, it came out beautifully. This was his first time doing a cable installation, and it didn't take long. Very happy with the quality and finished product.

These are easy to install with a drill and bits. You will need, must have, a crimping tool. Heavy duty. I used an electrical crimping tool and requires a lot of force.

We used these for a new wood deck that we just built for our new barndominium-that we just built. We built in a beautiful wooded lot so we didn't want any railings deck that would block the view for us. My husband ran heavy cable and used these to secure to posts.
