I love the size of this carrier but wish for cake purposes that the base was not sunken. This carrier does have a great latching seal. I love this overall design and the ability to store tiered cakes and many cupcakes. It has held up wonderfully over the last several months. It has made carrying so much to different locations super easy and practical. It functions better than I could have asked for!

This thing isn’t worth the money, it broke the first time my son used it & I tried to get a hold of the seller & never heard anything back.

This carrier is nice and tall, but the bottom of the plate is slightly warped/doesn't sit completely flat, so it could shift (whatever you're carrying) in transit. A cake would probs be fine, but not sure about stacked cupcakes.

I need carriers for my baked goods and found this one to be good. The build is decent but most important the clasps work soI don’t have to fight with them or fear losing my product

This is a great cake carrier except for the fact that it has a base insert (for cakes, not cupcakes) which is unstable. It wobbles. Also, the insert is not level to the container base which makes it difficult to insert the cake. I solved it by inserting three 10" cardboard cake rounds - but shouldn't have to do that. Also, the cupcake insert is for mini cupcake sizing. Can't be used for regular size cupcakes.

Used once for a cake for a family gathering and one of the clasps broke off, it was not molded into the plastic very well and the plastic is too thin. The clasp itself cracked and broke off. For something that is designed to use as a cake carrier, it needs to be more sturdy, the sizing was great and we were really excited when we gave this as a gift but disappointed that it broke on the first use. Now we need to replace this cake carrier and spend more money. I would not purchase this item again and will probably try to find something different from a source other than Amazon where I can actually look at what I am buying in person so that I do not have this issue in the future.

This cake carrier is taller and works well with my wife’s three layer chocolate cake.the extra height makes it so that the frosting doesn’t get ruined and stuck to the top of the container. Thanks
