Unfortunately, this pad was just not effective at cleaning dirt off the sides of the boat. An ordinary car wash sponge works much better. Too bad, since I really wanted something to use on a pole for hard-to-reach areas of the boat, but this pad simply didn't get the dirt off. I tried it with my regular boat soap and water, and I found that I had to scrub twice as hard for half the result, so I am back to just using an ordinary car wash sponge.

Broke at plastic pivot point on third use - light use cleaning my home solar panels.

Wash head broke off during first use. Blue plastic piece just snapped off.
