I'm a seasonal camper and drain my tanks every week. The problem was when I opened up the tank valves the pressure from the waste water exiting the system would force my hose out of the drain pipe. Yuck!! This weighted camper keeps the hose where it's supposed to be. No accidents.

It only takes one time before you're happy you have this! LOL! This septic hose weight works great at keeping the hose where it's supposed to stay when dumping. It's also kind of cute in a conversation starter!

Bought this as a alternative to sand weighted products for the sewer connection at RV campgrounds. I have a feeling that this was designed by a RVer. Has a opening that allows you to fill with water that creates the weight. Goes over the connection and keeps it in place. I would really recommend this to all RVers as a must have and no added weight to your payload. Empty the water and ready for use next trip.

When I received this Item, I right away, noticed that the reflective strip was missing, I immediately sent this back, and got a new one, that has the reflective strip that goes around the whole item! .. So be sure to get the reflective tape around the whole item!

Has worked pretty good so far. We use water to fill it (filling once on the site and septic is connected).Only had one very minor issue where the white reflective sticker doesn’t stay stuck but that does not impact its use.

Sturdy little sewer pig! I filled ours with sand. It stayed in place and did its job for 4 months in Florida this winter. Yes, the reflective tape was peeling off right out of the box. I could have glued it down, but I just tossed it out - not a deal breaker for me. It Sure beats using a brick, etc.
