It was pretty easy to install. The seller forgot to sent the tool with the battery but quickly remedied the problem. Got installed in about 10 minutes.

The toolkit was fine and the battery is the same size so no issues with fit, connection etc.; however, the battery life, while much better than my old original Garmin battery, is not up to the 15 hours or so of the original, probably not quite half of that, which is cutting it a bit close on a century ride unless you are sure to always power off the unit.Note that the kit does not contain any adhesive. You should use some glue to keep the battery from rolling around in the case.1/16/21 - low battery life seems to continue to deteriorate. Will try to get a replacement.

I bought 2 of these to replace aged out batteries on my Garmin Edge 800 and Edge 810. My old batteries lasted about 4 hours. These new ones, about 3. You be the judge. Oh yeah, the plastic tool broke on first use when trying to dislodge the old battery from casing.

i realized after purchasing this product that some batteries are not safe and could explode or catch fire. I am not sure i will keep this product because of this reason.

Battery works in the Garmin Edge. The little tool kit was useful in dealing with the small screws in the GPS. I am satisfied.

Great replacement product. Easy to install. Prior to replacement, the battery did not even last through one ride. Now, it works perfectly...just like new device.
