I recently bought East Oak electric smoker, and I was in the market for a good smoking chips, that's does not blacken out the meat.Camerons All Natural Oak Wood Chips is definitely the one that has a mild flavor and gives an amazing smoke. The taste of smoking meat, is out of this world. Chips are not too big, so you can load them up in any size container in any smoker. The pack is big enough that can last you a few rounds. Highly recommend these!!

I have no complaints about any of the wood chips that I have been using to smoke meats and vegetables. You gotta remember these things come from trees end mother nature is not a bad provider. You just gotta get the best price per weight. You can't put a brand name on a tree, the price is the only thing that can be branded. As long as your Mesquite chips don't turn out to be pine chips, you should be OK. Just buy the best deal from a legitimate source at the time. Cameron's is good!
