I returned this book because half the book is pages for a shopping list. I want just information on the camp ground, what I liked and didn't like. I don't need to write my shopping list on pages in my campground book. That I can put on a pad of paper, I don't need to remember what groceries I bought for that camping trip. I thought that was so odd that they had that in this book. I bought another book that every 2 pages was just info about the camp ground and the other page to put a couple pictures on for memory.

This is such a creative little journal to have if you love camping or RVing. I will be using this journal next summer when I go travelling. It only holds 25 campsites but that's enough for one summer, for sure.There's so much thought and detail that went into this journal, down to the lists and stickers; it’s so cute. I normally keep my grocery lists on my phone but I did notice I shop for different items that I only get for camping, so I think I will add those items to my journal long before I ever start off on my trip.There’s a packing list and a bucket list for things you want to do while camping, too, which I would have never thought about, and there's even a space dedicated for pictures. I may have to get a small polaroid camera for this journal, to save the pictures.I just think this was an awesome idea to help someone keep their camping memories alive. I used to camp all the time with my mom and siblings when we were kids and I really wish she had kept a journal for us to know where each site was located, etc. She is gone now and I love the memories but have only a couple of photos. I really appreciate this journal and would highly recommend it.

My grandson was tickled to receive this journal as a Christmas gift. The prompts in the beginning of the book was perfect for a Boy Scout and his desire to camp in every State Park he can get to. Great gift!!
