Fit perfect, putting a tapered fork on my rock hopper. There was only one picture in the description and nowhere. It said it came with the bearing and seal so here’s a picture of what it comes with.

Para lo que es, me parece demasiado caro, ahora habrá que ver si el precio tan elevado se corresponde con su calidad

If you have an entry level mountain bike this will allow you to run a modern tapered fork instead of a 1 1/8" straight fork. I put it on my Specialized Rockhopper with a Fox 32 and it's completely transformed the bike. Just make sure you take into account the extra 12mm it will add to your axle to crown height, because that can change your geometry in undesirable ways if you add too much travel.

Worked great on my 2008 Giant Trance X2. I had to trim few mm with a dremel to make it sit flush on the head tube. I can finally fit a tapered fork on my bike. But be mindful that this headset adds some length to your head tube and make sure you measure twice the steerer on your new fork.

Changing to a tapered fork on my 2015 Giant Talon 3. No modification to the external cup required. And it did include the crown race.

I wanted to fit a tapered fork on my dirt jumper with a 44mm integrated, zero stack headset and this part is the right fit. It is not necessary to replace the top part of the headset which saves money. The part presses into the lower end of the head tube and the new, 1 1/2" bearing slides in without the need to use a press. Although headset standards can be confusing, if you have a head tube with 44 mm inner diameter, this part will allow you to fit a tapered tube on your existing bike with ease. I recommend it.

If you have a 1/8 head tube and are looking to use a tapered fork, this is your wing-man. Simple, easy and reasonably priced. I will add that if you're like me, you'll want to shave about 1-2mm to allow the headset to sit flush with the head tube. Not a big deal. Measure before buying to guarantee fitment.

i needed this bottom cup for my Giant because it doesn't have a taper head tube and i have 2012 Fox 32 Float with a tapered steer tube. my bike mechanic did all the install to make this fit and work. i was afraid i would need to sell my forks because of the difference but not any more. i'm now riding my bike! looking at my bike you can't even tell it's a different kind of bottom cup, it blends right in.
