This is an excellent quality expansion plug for carbon forks, but please be aware of the 9 N-m torque spec Cane Creek recommends. That is very high. A review on the Cane Creek site showed that a customer busted a fork due to the high torque spec. 5 to 6 N-m should be perfectly fine without taking a chance your fork could be ruined.

They need to do a better job with instructions for this products especially since it differs from similar products. You can't just unscrew it to fully remove it
