We all love the Miata, but when it comes to rigidity the car has a lot working against it. It's a two-door convertible, so the middle section is supported in part by the doors and is under much stress, which has more shake and shimmy than other vehicles.
Our door bushings are an great option to improve the situation. By replacing the brittle stock unit, the doors no longer rattle over bumps .
The sound quality of the door speakers will improve so you will get much better sound quality.

The door liner is made of high quality PETG plastic, durable, greatly increasing rigidity in the car's weakest spot，easily replacing your Miata's soft rubber bushings. They are CNC machined ensure high stiffness and low friction.

The old door bushings are made out of rubber so they are a bit soft and a lot of times they are also worn. Because of that they leave a bit of room so the door will still move, even when it's closed.
The door bushings are a lot stiffer and they fit a lot better. Because of that it holds the doors solidly locked into place. This in turn allows the doors to reinforce the chassis and the doors play a big role in that. The effect is a stiffer car with fewer squeaks and rattles.

The first step is to use an adjustable wrench or screwdriver to remove the original rubber Door Lining Bushings (remove the upper and lower screws)
Step 2, wipe the installation position with a towel
Step 3, use a screwdriver to screw in the new aluminum alloy Door Lining Bushings
Step 4: Use your hands to move the Door Lining Bushings up and down to prevent loosening
Step 5: Try to test the effect of opening and closing doors
Our bushings are 20mm thick, for maximum support of the door, and increased longevity compared to thinner bushings, as all forces and friction are distributed over a larger surface area

I just put on today. Took 10 minutes and like the previous comments made. Just snug fit, close the door a few times, then tighten with a 10mm deep socket. Wow, doors are nice and tight, and the road noise is less than previously experienced. These went on a 2015 NC. Very happy with the $20 investment!

I went in super skeptical. I even kept the box so I could return it. However, these work very well. Far less rattling and shaking over bumps and railroad tracks. It's kinda nuts that the car doesn't come this way from the factory.

Installed these on an nb miata and they fit fine. Make sure you know how to adjust them. They go through a bit of a break in period and the door becomes easier to close after a few days. They absolutely do help eliminate door rattle while driving. Big improvement in reducing cabin noise when going over bumps.

Leave them a bit loose when Intalling, close the door and then tighten them down for perfect alignment.

I have had them on my 2008 NC miata for about a week now, and have loved the difference.They did not make the doors TOO hard to close, or make me slam the doors. It makes it slightly harder than before, but just makes the closing feel more solid and secure. I can't really notice a difference in increasing chassis rigidity, but other people say it does make the chassis more stiff, so that may be true.Overall I would recommend these bushings because they are much cheaper than the "name brands" and certainly work just as well. They are also extremely easy to install, takes all of 5 minutes.

After installing and driving for a couple hundred km I can say these are a great deal for the money they helped to eliminate any door rattles over bumps and makes the door feel more solid when closing. The installation was very easy maybe 5 min at most and they seem to be holding up well

The fit was perfect. Had to do very little adjustments to the door hinges and latches as this new bushing wants to align the door back into its factory position. I'm very satisfied with these bushings.
