It works, but to me it is overpriced. When it is time to buy a printer, one should remember what it cost to maintain it. I can tell you that our business took a 30% loss, so we have to find ways of saving money.

This is the first refill we needed.Canon price was almost $20 more.It appears to be the fix for the toner fill on the printer.

Canon cartridges are the best way to keep your printer's internals from getting plugged/jammed up. Printers are too expensive to replace & service calls can be pricey. I learned long ago not to compromise when I did in the past & had to pay twice plus pay extra for corrective action following me trying to save a few dollars.

The product, the ink/toner, is great and it works great. Yet it costs $50.00 a box more than 'compatible' toners. But, Canon forces you to use their, expensive, toner by putting in some software in their printers that harangues you with annoying messages if you use "counterfeit" cartridges. There must be some anti-trust issues here, but I don't know the law in this area.So, it works well, and you don't get those annoying messages. It is just 25% more expensive than it should be.
