I got this hat for my kids to play with, it's very adjustable in sizing and would fit many head sizes. Quality of the hat is exactly what you'd expect for an item of this price, it looks good but obviously isn't a several hundred dollar captains hat.

This Captains hat is a cute hat to wear for a costume or a themed party, but it’s not meant for day to day wear.Unlined, this hat features braided trim, embroidered ‘CAPTAIN’ and sewn on embroidered anchor patch.The hat is adjustable within the back but still fits a little big on my head unless I overlap the snap tabs even more.Our Honest Opinion: As a costume piece this hat would be fun. Recommend

It came squashed in a bag. The area over the brim has no support so it just falls back. It’s also mangled so if you put on your head it just collapses back so you can’t even see the anchor. It’s also huge. Very disappointed in the foreign crap Amazon is selling lately. I was taking on a cruise for a theme party and now too late. EDIT: when I looked closer, I saw half of the back plastic adjusters was missing!

My husband is a hat maker so he used his stretcher to form it. I added rhinestones. Used it for my sailor to match my husbands custom made sailor outfit for one of his bands crackerjack. Everyone in band dressed sailor and I'm pinky paws so had to get a pink outfit.
