This is a nice terminator kit for some of those automotive waterproof connectors. The crimper is a ratcheting style that's made for non-insulated terminals. It has always given me a solid connection with the terminals. The storage case is ok and you have to store the crimpers separately. Overall, this is a nice kit.

I do a lot of DIY electrical projects. Most of them involve my Jeep, which is not only my favorite toy but a platform for a lot of other toys. I have LED pods, light strips, whip lights, a big audio system... just all sorts of fun things. I'm constantly installing, reinstalling, moving, and upgrading things, so I go through a ton of connectors. I'm always looking for better tools to use in my installs and had a need to repin some plugs, so when I saw this kit I had to try it.The crimpers are rugged and feel heavy duty. They crimp well, most of my first attempts crimped with no issue. There's a variety of pins here to use that work for different plugs, so this is a great kit to supplement any plug kits you already have. The pins all seat well in the plugs when crimped. The wire sections were unnecessary and I would have prefered the space used for more pins or plugs instead of sections of wire too small for most of my needs.Overall I'm happy with this pin crimp kit. I'll be able to use these crimpers to build a lot of my various plugs. The wire sections are a silly thing to include as most of my wire will either be much longer or shorter, but I'll live.
