Only practical for little stuff - straw wrappers, receipts, gum, candy wrappers. It's a tiny little can, which I love! Doesn't take up much space, good quality, looks nice.

i was a little disappointed when I first received this, thinking it looked a little undersized. But I have been pleasantly surprised at how much it can hold. I installed it on the driver-side door, and now I am glad that it's not bigger as it could interfere with the driver's legs if it was too large. The included bags are a great feature...if you use 1 a week, it will last over a year. I like the push-to-open lid as it is easy to open and yet keeps trash invisible. This has been a great addition to our van. Keeps it much tidier.
