Needed heat to install because it was crushed out of line. The vacuum line also has zero mechanical attachment. It rattled out on its own immediately until I made it stay put. Did it work? Yep did it cause headaches? Yep. You only ever get 3 options in life and you can only ever pick 2: good, fast, cheap. This is fast and cheap

Fit my Yamaha Vstar 250 perfectly. The only issue was the O-rings would keep sliding out of their seats. I should have seated them with some silicone or something to help hold them in place but I was in a hurry.

Purchased this item and was excited to install it because my OEM part had cracked. 3 out of 4 screw holes lined up just fine. But the fourth screw hole was a off a lot. I had to modify this new intake boot with a dremel to make the screw hole longer so it would line up with the screw hole in the head.
