For the price it's a great deal and the carb seems good quality, but they should not advertise it fits the PB-580T. It doesn't.

Good tune up kit for those old worn out and well used blower parts. The throat on this carb is visibly smaller than the OEM one that came on the blower but doesn't seem to cause any problems. The carb adjustment screws on this kit use standard flathead screws rather than the triangular ones that needed a specialty screwdriver to adjust the carb. There are spare fuel bulbs for when that bulb wears out and busts. The fuel and air filters fit OK and are a decent OEM replacement.

The carburetor doesn't fit the backpack blower but the filter is the right one. Must be a mix up

While this can be installed on an echo PB-580T leaf blower(which it is specifically mentioned as fitting) the arm you attach the throttle cable to is too short and hits the body of the blower preventing proper function.
