This item arrived promptly. BUT...the power cord and pedal were not in the box. After contacting Casio with pictures of the item, box and all paperwork I waited two weeks for a phonecall. She wanted me to send copies of the receipt (ridiculous) which I did...sent a copy of the purchase on my credit card. STILL NO RESPONSE!!! Very disappointed. SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD!!!Rose Lauria
