Mine came crushed as it was packed in a plastic bag. They have since changed the ship method to a box which protects it much better. I wasn't bothered by it being crushed, as a hat insert quickly brought back the original shape. I reordered as I lost my original one at the beach.

Hat looks good, fits a bit tight around the brim. Adjusting on the back doesn't fix this, but the back does adjust pretty large.
