The pad itself is great! The back is very sticky (easily stuck to a 2x4. The fabric was easy to cut into pieces where needed and even had lines to follow to keep it straight. I stuck where the cats have been scratching on their outdoor pen. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the cats prefer a different scratch pad I have that is thicker. I think if the material was a little more plush they would scratch more. On the bright side since they aren't scratching as much it saves on the sides of the pen.

Easy to cut to fit the sofa. Firm enough for the cat to scratch its nails without breaking it. Works well to avoid hurting the sofa. The glue is good and easy.

I have three cats and one of them loves to scratch the corner of the couch. I put this on and it's been two months, can't tell it's been scratched on even though it has. Great quality and surprisingly sticky without damaging furniture.
