I purchased this item for a client(too old to figure out Amazon) and we both really like it.Its got a smooth simple design and is cute.The area underneath where you can put the ashes in is a decent size.It also comes with a screwdriver to unscrew the bottom which is very helpful.

So cute and precious. Well worth the money.

Having recently lost one of our cats, we were interested to get a nice urn for his ashes. My first impressions of this one is that it is huge. You could fit a bobcat in this thing! It is definitely big enough to fit larger cat breeds. It is simple, yet elegant and dignified--a fitting repository for our dear-departed pet.One complain I have is that the bottom was a bit chewed up (as you can see in one of the images), and it didn't fit evenly with one of the screws protruding out a bit, as a result fortunately that didn't effect it's ability to sit level on the shelf and not wobble. The rest of it was in good working order.

Our beautiful, gentle, loving cat Henry was a rescue. He came to us with Feline Leukemia and it took him from us far too soon. Even now, more than four years later, not a day goes by that I don’t think about him and what could have been. My heart aches simply typing these words.To be honest, because it was resin (aka plastic) rather than ceramic, stone, or something similar I had misgivings about ordering this urn. I was afraid it would look cheap or be too cartoonish in appearance to honor the love and joy Henry gave us. I was relieved when it arrived and my fears were not realized. It is a stylized yet simple rendition of a contented sleeping cat. The smooth matte black finish looks soft to the eyes and it has an almost tranquil quality about it. It immediately gave me the impression of peacefulness.For the more pragmatic out there, the quality of construction is good – the casting was well formed without any flaws that I could detect and the finish free of obvious defects or irregularities. The interior chamber, accessed through a cover on the bottom of the urn, is about 2.5 inches deep and of more than enough volume for the cremains of even a large cat. The chamber cover is not sealed so you cannot just place loose cremains in the urn. You must first place them in the included plastic bag which is then placed into the included cloth bag with a drawstring. Then the cremains are placed in the urn.The cover has three screws and a small Phillips screwdriver is included. The covers must be fitted by hand individually in manufacturing because as other reviewers have noted, the cover only fits one way. You may want to mark it before removal to save yourself some time in reattaching.If I needed one in the future, I would have no reservations about getting another of these FUFYUKEY sleeping cat urns. I lost my Fiona last year, and I've never been very happy with the marker I got for her. She was a "lovely" fat white cat with black spots, and she was always curled up on her bed. I love this sleeping cat statue, and it gave me such huge Fiona vibes that I had to get it, even though she wasn't cremated so I have no cremains to put in it. I am going to color her spots on the resin urn, but right now, I just have her sleeping on the edge of my counter and it makes me smile every time I walk past. Definitely a wonderful little cat reminder if you've lost one special to you.

Great urn but a lot bigger than we expected. We could fit 10 cats in there. We’re going to add our cats name, DOB and DOD on it so it’s good that it’s not too small to fit it!

Last October, our almost 15 year old cat, all of a sudden passed away. It was such a shocking and upsetting time for us, as we didn't even see it coming. Goonie was all happy and healthy one day, and the next day he died, from a heart condition we didn't even know he had. Then, while we were grieving, we were suddenly having to make quick decisions about his remains, an urn, etc..I really wish we would have planned ahead, much like people pre-plan funerals. When a person is grieving, their mind is not as clear as usual. Also, the decisions have to made quickly. Since our cat had been a senior for quite some time, we should have prepared for what was inevitably to come. That is what I am doing now, by ordering this one-of-a-kind, totally unique cat urn.One of our other 2 cats is now terminal with cancer, so it is just a matter of time. This time I wanted to be proactive and have her urn ahead of time, instead of trying to hastily look for and buy one. Then I saw this on Amazon and it just seemed ideal for her in every single way. She is all black, just like the black cat that this cat urn was modeled after.I was very happy with this FUFYUKEY urn when I received it, except for the most annoying Styrofoam that it is packaged in. While I am glad that it was properly packaged, so that it didn't break during shipping, I just don't like how Styrofoam clings to everything incessantly. I just wish that another packing material had been used.I really like how the urn comes in 4 different colors, so a person can select the one that best matches their kitty's fur. The included black velvet drawstring pouch bag is also very nice. I think the price for this urn is reasonable, as it is a good quality urn.In conclusion, this is an attractive final resting place for any beloved feline family member. I believe a line in the product description sums up this cat urn the best. It reads: "an eternal, loving home for your cherished cat". This cat urn is definitely wonderful for that purpose. I sincerely recommend it.

This urn did a great job with holding our cats ashes.
