The screw holes on the bracket are different than the one that came with HD bracket/sissy bar. So, I had to use the bracket that came with the backrest. Not a big deal, but my sissy bar is black and there is no black option for the bracket. Solved with a rattle can of gloss black paint. I would have paid a few bucks more (and given the 5th star) if it came with a black bracket.
