These are a classic basic body shield bag. Good straps and padding and a tough cover.

We bought the Century Body Shield to use in our son's Isshinryu Karate Class. It has been used twice a week since Dec-10 and has performed well. I would recommend this product to anyone who is involved with teaching or participating in karate.

Edited:I also used for kicking. It was test for my hand skin.Original:I purchased that to practice punching. But it is very uncomfortable for punches, especially with hands. If I connect with the shield, it hurts bearer's hands and body. Probably I tried to use that in a wrong way. That is why gave 3 stars instead of 1.
