Cut well and made in the US, but two blades in one of the packs were rusty. How does that happen? And who shipped them like that?

Not much to say, really. They are 18TPI coping saw blades, springy and sharp. The appearance is 'electric blue' thin film oxide from tempering. I haven't broken a single one yet, but then again I haven't used them extensively or aggressively. I'd buy them again.
