This might be the only 5 tbsps or 5/16 cup measuring spoon on Amazon. Helps when you are one-thirding recipes or other calculations that come up with odd sizes. I find it is always better to have the exact measuring cup rather than constantly scooping the same smaller measuring cup over and over, as I frequently lose count. Good heavy duty plastic, should last a lifetime if treated well. 2.5 ounces or 74ml or 5 Tbsps or 5/16 cup.

Unlike some other Carlisle spoons I have bought recently, this one is perfect with no molding issues or raised/sharp edges. Very pleased with this measuring/serving spoon!
