When I needed an adapter for a pressure regulator/flow meter combination to a CO2 tank, I chose this item because I thought there is less chance of failure as it is a single body unit. But when I got the unit, I found the CGA 580 side has a rubber o ring and CGA 320 side has a flat washer. The gaskets do not have defined stops within the adapter but get pushed as the adapter gets tightened either to the tank or the regulator. I didn’t like the design and returned it. The return process was simple and the refund was prompt.
