These were to replace the rubber ball end type door latches. The only downside was that I had to bend the receiver end out for them to function. Without bending the receiver side, mounting at an angle, or a door designed for the rigid bar, they will not function on the average door. Easy to adjust, but know it's not 100% plug and play.

I needed to replace the latch on my camper door for the third time. I was happy to see that this latch was stainless steel rather than its plastic predecessors. Fabricated from 18-gauge stainless steel, spot welded and polished to a high sheen, the latch assembly exactly fit the screw pattern of the existing latch. 5/8" stainless steel screws were provided, just the right length for the door. A good product.

Does what it is supposed to do. The latch is more robust than I expected which is nice. Quickly installed with included hardware. No more trailer door slamming closed behind me.

This door holder is very easy to install and it comes with screws that can go into most doors and walls. If you are putting this on an exterior wall that is concrete blocks, then you will need screws for that type of material. The latch is super simple to operate and easy to engage once mounted to to door and wall just will need to leave a bit of room for it to slide into the grove and the rest is simple.
