Fits well on a curvy frame and stretches beautifully. It keeps my arms warm without heating up my core excessively which is what I want. It looks very techware and I appreciate the strategic mesh panels not only for appearance but also preventing overheating where I don't want it.

I wear this jacket all day every day mostly to hide tattoos. If you’re looking for something to keep you warm this is not it!! I wear this with all brand scrubs and it looks great and fits amazing!!

I purchased 12 of these jackets for staff, had them embroidered. They are very attractive jackets and fit great. The zippers began to break after 1 month. It has now been 6 months and half of them are broken. I was told that I would get a replacement after the first one broke, but that didn't happen. Very disappointing after spending so much on these.

I order this in Iron because the tops sold out right when I bought the pants. The material is thick, yet lightweight. There are mesh panels on the sleeves and back, but again, this isn’t some thin, cheap mesh. It’s thick and stretchy, just as the rest of the jacket is. A medium fit wonderfully, as I expected it would. I typically wear a size large in Cherokee scrubs, but a medium in the Form scrubs. The jacket does it’s job in the workplace, actually made me too warm at times. However, it doesn’t do much for cooler weather (below 60, you might get chilly). Overall it has the feel of high quality athletic wear vs scrubs, which adds to the comfort level.

I wear this jacket with the matching Form pants (size Medium) at work. The jacket is very fitted but very forgiving—for reference, I am 5’7 (not 5’8) 198 lbs, 38G, wear a 12 in jeans and my jacket is a Medium (I’m the one on the left in the pic).The lower half of the sleeves and an arching piece across the back are kind of a tight mesh, not the same fabric as the rest of the jacket, so I wash it in a lingerie bag to prevent mesh from being snagged.I absolutely love the Cherokee Form line and wear the pants and jackets every shift.
