Works great at a good price. Seems just as good as Casenit (which is no longer sold). Will even surface harden mild steel.

This is a good product although it is a bit overpriced for what you get and very toxic to use so do it outside. A better option is charcoal briquettes used in a long heat treating process. For a quick process of case hardening this does the task well when time is important.
