I think some of the bad reviews are because folks missed the part about removing the protective film. It's hard to see and requires a little effort to remove. I did best by catching the film at a corner with a knife. Once it got started it was easy to remove. Good product; well made. Works well for our congrgation.

Each piece had a protective layer I had to peel off both sides. That’s ok. But disappointed that- edges had a black kink- one was sliced in two and unusable.

Doesn't hold up well with using markers. The ink smears easily. The best way to use these badges is to create badge stickers that can be adhered to the badge plate.

These are totally fine blank nametags. Nice and sturdy. The protective seal is oddly difficult to peal but that's my only complaint. These meet my employer's needs exactly.
