Initially ordered Nov 30, 2024 for a child who fell in love with it at his aunt's house. It was his only Christmas wish. When he received it it was not operable. The train wasn't moving. He was so disappointed but decided that he still wanted one that worked, So we reordered it (still before Xmas) and now, after Christmas his parents are packing away all the Christmas decorations and he still hasn't received his Christmas village. So disappointing!

Item arrived not working. Called amazon right away, only to be told I had to wait because it was an expensive item, so there was a cooling off period. What ? Never heard of that before. It dose not work, so I do not want it.Called today and was issued a return label, but was told my refund would take 30 days.Took item to UPS immediately.If I knew I would receive a working one, I would order again, it is beautiful, but I can not tell you how it soundsUpdate. Thought I would give it one more try. Received my refund early and the price has been reduced, jut have to have my fingers crossed that this one works. At least for next Christmas

Very nice. Two pieces arrived broke but easily fixed. This is really nice. It’s very large. I would recommend. It is a great centerpiece. A little expensive but it’s worth I think.

This Christmas Village is absolutely gorgeous. The colors and lights are vibrant. It was a beautiful addition to my dining room during dinner. So enjoyable watching the lights and moving train while it plays Christmas music.

The product was excellent, the shipping was awful. When I received my order,The Christmas village, approximate cost $212.00. The village was damaged I received it in three pieces. The revolving Christmas tree was broken. A window frame was missing. One roof was detached from the house it was supposed to be on.I was able to repair the village so I was able to display it for Christmas.The shipping box did not say handle with care, this side up, fragile. I am not sure I will order another product from this company. P.S. The broken parts were found in the bottom of the box.
