Its not simple to install but every nice product for the price. It def requires some alteration and can be pretty tricky but once installed its very good.

This product is a nightmare to install. It's sold without appropriate plumbing parts so it's impossible to have it fit into the existing pipes. No plumbing supply stores (from Home Depot to Blackman to local mom and pop stores) carry the needed parts and seems like no plumber has ever heard anything about installing it.
