Easy to use but not waterproof. Water resistant is a better description. I have used these on my solar panels for a year now and they do the job. My only complaint is they do allow water to penetrate into the coupling. Yes, I would buy again and I do recommend the product. I think placing a spot of silicone on the threads and wire coupling may take care of the water problem.

I needed to both fuse a small DC system and have a way to switch it on and off. This simple device achieved both goals.

I used these in my van build for my solar and DC to DC charger. They worked fine with one exception. It kept breaking and opening the circuit. I knew that it was installed correctly. I replaced it and no more issues.

I used one of these as an on/off switch for a 12v water pump to fill my camper tank. Just mount both to a piece of 2x12 and Bob's your uncle.

I added one between my solar panels and charge controller and one between the charge controller and batteries. They are easy to install and provide extra protection for electrical equipment.

Great price point. Work well and convenient. Just discovered Ferrule connectors that work well with these NOT crimped ... let the set screw crimp it down. Conforms nicely to round connection, instead of the set screw chewing up the strands. NOT my idea ... saw it in a video ... works well.
