This is a pack of two rope swings, a small and a medium size. The interior dimension of the small swing is 5 inches and the medium size is 6.5 inches. The measurements in the product description include the width of the rope at both ends. A bit deceptive because the bird can only use the open space in the center.The small swing is suitable for parakeets, canaries, finches, etc. The medium size will easily accommodate cockatiels and conures.The rope is soft and comfy for birdie feet, but not wound real tight, so if your bird is a chewer or shredder it could be a problem, but for most birds it will be fine.The only thing I didn't like was the hook at the top of the swing. I prefer a quick connect hook rather than a slip hook. With a quick connect there is less chance of a bird getting their beak caught or injured in the hook.
