Citri-Lize pH Neutralizer will lower the pH level on wood, brick, non-polished stone, etc. that are highly alkaline to acceptable painting levels and is ideal for removing mill glaze prior to painting and staining. Mill glaze is the shiny film formed when the metal mill saw blades get hot while cutting lumber. It’s present in most pressure treated pine & cedar like those on wooden decks, fencing, etc.
