Instructions are not that great. Find a good video on line and you will do fine. The key hole to turn the battery in is under the battery near the seat. I’m a big person 290lbs and the bike does awesome. Took about 20 minutes to assemble. Just take your time and don’t get in a hurry. I would recommend it to anyone..

Bike looks exactly like the Lectric xp 2.0 with the difference being the tire size. The fat tires on this model help drive off road but on a paved road they are less efficient than the thin ones battery wise.Assembly was lengthy but easy. They have a detailed YouTube video on hot to do it. The only thing missing from the instructions is that the screen panel needs tightening and the battery has to be charged 4-5 hours before first use for best performance.Overall great ebike for the price!

I have used my bike extensively and have logged over 500 hard miles. Have had 0 issues and was easy to assemble. Even after a bad crash the bike sustained no damage. a wonderful bike and will definately buy again but i think this one will last a lifetime. It has a little less range than advertised but does plenty enuff for moderate-heavy riding. A+ review

This is a very good bike instead of the tire issue really thin tires with a good bump ride will contain bubbles on the side then the tube of the bubbles ripe straight threw the tire itself like I said they are weak poor condition tires for that price now my bike is down trying to find the best 20x4.0 tires, other then that the gearbox go to tripping out to easy plus it could have been a little more stronger then they say it is for the motor

We purchased two of these bikes and have been very happy with them. The price was great and the assembly took about an hour or so. I think the instructions could be improved, but once you put together most of the parts you'll see how the rest fit together. I had to loosen the brake pad to get the wheel in place but that was no big deal. I used my own tools because they seem to work better than the ones provided.Battery charge seems to hold as expected. We've ridden these about 60 miles so far over the course of a few months and not had any issues. You are supposed to recharge them when you're done riding for the day. Charge seems to last about 20-30 miles or so but it really just depends on how fast you're going and how much pedaling the bike is doing for you. You can, of course, manually pedal the bikes if needed. I like that you can select how much pedal assist you want. I also like "walk mode" which you can use by holding down the minus sign. This mode will walk the bike for you if you're on foot, you just guide it.We used these in Florida and even with the hot weather the bike held up just fine. I like that there's a metal opening near the seat where I can put a bike lock through. We also purchased some side mirrors and a bike bag for the back of the bike which work just fine. The seat I wish was more comfortable but we purchased another seat and it worked out just fine. The seat that came with was fine, but the more we rode them we decided it would be more comfortable to get a better seat. Easy fit and installation.I'm actually surprised at how good of quality this bike is when you consider its price. I purchased this bike wondering if it would actually be cheap, but I was pleasantly surprised and both bikes we purchased have been excellent.Overall I've been very happy with both of the bikes we purchased and we have already recommended them to several people.

J'ai fait l'achat de deux vélos. Le premier montage a très bien été et les pièces étaient de très bonne quantité, ke deuxième la boite avait été écorcher, mais j'ai pensé c'est seulement la boite, mais non, une partie du dérailleurs était érafler et les fillets pour le montage du support arrière étaient endommagé, deux sur quatre. Dommage que ce vélo ne soit pas comme l'autre 😒 non avons fait l'essai moi et ma conjointe pour la première fois et nous avons bien aimé nos premiers 15 km. Manque un peu de torque dans les pentes abrutes, mais quand même correct. Pour le prix, je pense que l'achat en vos quand même la peine.

The allure was the bike comes 90% assembled, but upon delivery the instructions are poor and do not illustrate all details for assembly. There are videos that help show more detail, but still do not contain all steps. If you have issues beyond that the seller will send you pictures of what you have already viewed to advise what you may have done wrong, but beyond that, you will be told to go to a local bike shop for help. Best not to purchase these types of products on Amazon as there’s $100 charge for delivery and the same or more to return the product if defective. Bottom line, best to go to a store front and purchase in person.

The direction r not step by step , theres no pictures to guide you even the video was hard to follow....the front end is very hard to follow....took it to my local bike shop that ive gone to for years...he stated that lots of poeple have had issue with this bike , it cost me another 150.00 dollars for them to put the bike together rt...it was worth it because i got it for my daugther who is off to college and freshmen can't have cars ...it was worth the money but i will buy a local one .....it works good its fun but i need more power ..i love that it folds up ...it saves space and fixes in the back of my car so it not easy to steal.....overall a good bike!

Great bike. Loads of fun. A little hard on the butt, could use a rear damper. The instruction manual is incomplete. I'm an auto mechanic and still had to google for help. No tips on how to use the Guages or how to use the key. Somebody should be slapped

A rather heavy folding e-bike which is difficult to fold, carry and load onto car, even for a reasonably fit 70 year old like me! The instructions manual and video sucks! Had to take it to a bike shop to fix the squeaking brakes and shaky stem but had no choice since if I returned it, they said I have to pay for the return (over $250) and a restocking fee of upto 15%! The vendor responds promptly but really have no solution other than asking me to send videos/photos of the problem. Amazon has not yet responded to my claim. Moral: do not buy a e-bike online unless you have a good bike shop ready to fix/service your bike. Go to a local bike shop and buy…

It arrived almost 2 weeks early :)The packaging was excellent and all parts were secured and covered.The back rack takes a bit of strength to make sure all bolts fit right, but it fits. The instructions in the box are almost enough(make sure and watch the video on youtube). It was easy to put together.Seems very solid. The key slot was a hard thing to find lol but once found and the battery was turned on, all electronics worked. The horn is loud and the headlight and tail light are nice and bright. Battery was full. Tires are nice and big.The description online says weight limit is 330lbs but in the booklet it says 220lbs...my fingers will be crossed on that account ;)(I am a big boy)I have yet to ride it, but I am hopeful that it will be fine as long as I as i am not too rough.Been a few long years since I rode a bike...my excitement to ride this nice looking bike.Edit...it has been a while since I have riden a pedal bike of any kind lol...it is going to take a bit of time for me to ease into riding a pedal bike and one that gives me an upright position (harder to pedal)...also I need to adjust the seat height (I am also a big boy(35olbs+) so I don't want to bend the seat post)If you are a normal sized person, this bike will be easier to ride and the throttle/assit will work much better...I would recommend this bike to anyone(especially if you are under 300lbs)

I've been using the bike for a month now and it hadn't let me down yet. The battery life is good. It is a well built bike and easy yo use. I would like it to go a little faster but that's just because i like to speed. It does go 20mph as advertised.
