I had canvas covers that rotted in the weather, These covers are lightweight and easy to put on. Definitely waterproof. They have a drawstring at the bottom so you can sinch it tight quickly. Even better is there are Velco straps that you can also use for a more permanent cover for winter. I can't speak for the longevity but I like them much better than what I had!

I've purchased several outdoor furniture covers by Ravenna, & I really like everything about them. They're sturdy, they hold up well to wind/rain/heat/freezing temps, and they look good. The buckles/cords at the bottom let you tighten the fit, & the vents help keep the cover from "blowing up" in the wind. I like the fire pit cover in particular, b/c it's also the perfect size to cover our granite table during the winter, when the fire pit is stored inside. Highly recommend!

UPDATE - 2 full seasons in direct sunlight before it started to wear...STILL WATERPROOF THOUGH!Came back today to order another one because I yanked this one off the firepit and ripped it. That was my fault. I saw the price has dropped almost 15 bucks since the last time I purchased it. Just wanted to give an update on the cover...don't expect any cover made from this material to last you forever... it's the same as a grill cover and go read those reviews...they are not a one-time buy, especially if left in the sun all the time. Anyway, I'm happy with it and ordering another one.Original review.We had a custom fire pit made by a local firemaster. The custom-fit covers were outrageous so I started shopping online for one that was close to the size we needed. This one was quite a bit larger than what I needed but it's perfect! I've used this since spring when we had it built and it kept everything dry. Check out the photos..these were taken yesterday after a big storm..you can see the water holding inside the hurricane glass we have on it like a bowl. When I took the cover off. it was bone dry!. This has happened several times over the year. I'm pretty impressed. Yes, it's a little bigger and fits baggy but it was a quarter of the price of a custom-made one. It does have handles on it, and the bottom click buckles that can hold it tight. But I have never used the. It's heavy enough and it's never been blown off with some pretty strong winds. Every time it rains it pools up inside the hurricane glass and I just simply lift one end and dump it out. I don't want the water sitting in there and it's easy to dump out. Perfect for our needs about a 1/4 of the price of a custom cover. We will see how long it lasts. Grill covers made from the same material last me usually 2 to 3 years. I would expect this to do the same as it sits in direct sunlight most of the day just like our grill. If I get 3 years from it it will be worth it.

This fit our fire table well. The measurements are as described. I am also pleased with the sewn in straps which will keep the cover from lifting off/blowing away. It seems to he a good product given the price point. I cannot comment on water resistance because we store this under a covered area.

I just started to use various patio furniture covers from Classic Accessories this fall. My initial impressions are very positive - seems to be a sturdy material that is water resistant. Will soon see how it stands up to a Canadian winter.

Excellent product, top of the line. You won’t find a better product. I have used them year after year.Fit is great, materials are outstanding. I own probably 20 of them in all sizes. Have them at home and at lake house. I don’t have to purchase cushions like I use to.

Classic makes beautiful covers and I currently have the Ravenna patio chairs, couch and love seat covers and was so happy to see this fire pit cover. I had ordered it thinking it would fit my fire pit however it was 6 inches to long. Great product and highly recommend it.

We recently bought one of the Legacy Heating fire tables and wanted a cover for it. The table comes with a cover, but that cover is basically useless. If you bought that fire table, you’ll want this cover. This one is heavy duty and has a feel of serious quality about it from the second you remove it from the box. Installs easily, but once you install it, it isn’t going anywhere. It has thick nylon webbing straps that clip around each table leg, and then each end of the cover has a cord that easily cinches the cover snugly to the table. Basically what I’m saying is if you set out to design the perfect cover for a fire table and you spent time with engineers and product development people sitting in a room with a whiteboard, THIS is what you would come up with. It’s basically perfect. And the quality of the thing far exceeds the price they charge for it. Buy it. You won’t be sad.

We purchased this for our outdoor fire pit as it was a perfect fit. Several years ago we bought covers made by the same company for our patio furniture from Costco and they have been very durable. We live close to Vancouver, B.C. and get a ton of rain (and snow at times) in the winter months and the other covers have held up very well so we expect the same with this fire place cover

I can't recommend this fire pit cover enough. I had quite a bit of outdoor furniture to protect this winter, when rains were extremely heavy, and the cover that did the best job was this one due to the fit being perfect. I was very pleased with the quality and look of this fire pit cover. I highly recommend it.
