this bag is kind of big and on the thicker side, relatively easy to use but the strap feels kind of flimsy when full of chalk. the drawstring doesn't tighten as much as my son's other bag so he prefers the other one.

Overall, this is a good chalk bag. It has a holder for a brush, which is nice and the closure is nice and tight as well so my chalk will not come flying out while I come flying down the wall overall however the one I received seem to have the stitching on one of the clips, but I think this was just a manufacturing error.

I was seriously in need of a new chalk bag and this one is such an upgrade! It’s super durable when taking it outdoors or in the gym. The lining is super great and holds my chalk (my old bag spilled it everywhere). Would definitely recommend!

It doesn't seal well from the drawstring and the string is too long when the bag is closed. The overall design is ok but I wouldn't call it premium. It's a decent beginner bag.

Materials are good, seem tough enough to hold up. Like the cinch string being below the rim of the bag. Value for money seems EXCELLENT. I mean, all it has to do is stay attached to the climber (me and my boys), not spill chalk everywhere, and be easily accessible while mid-climb. It's a good bag. No complaints. Seems like it would definitely serve beginning/casual climbers very well until they're ready to move to the next level and invest more. Great option.

I still use it by tying it manually and overall holds the chalk well, but no way that I have found to tighten the belt loop ???

Just getting into climbing and so far so good on this bag. It does what it says on the tin: holds chalk. I'm not exactly qualified to make comments on the finer points of the specific design decisions, as I'm new to the sport and frankly don't know any better :)As others have reviewed though, this thing has a serious quality control and/or engineering problem... someone was told to design said waist belt without actually having a clue how said things work. Or more likely someone was told to "sew the ends of the belt to prevent slip-outs" and instead of sewed the ends to the main belt... ***facepalm***Happily for me, for once, this happened to work out perfectly, as they are sewn at the very ends meaning this thing is permanently as loose as it will go, which happens to perfectly fit me (6'5", ~350lbs). Go figure, fat guy wins one, haha!Just noticed that this is currently showing "Currently unavailable"... so I'm guessing "Noborou" realized the goof and is churning out a new product, but if you happened to have gotten one of these, this is easy enough to solve, just cut the threads and re-sew then ends properly (or use hot glue as an easier stand-in).

I was looking for a new chalk bag for climbing and this one was perfect in fitting my needs! The material is good quality and it even has a zipper pouch on the back that could fit a number of items. It’s an upgrade from my last chalk bag for sure. I’m very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to see what other bags noborou comes out with!
