The product is great! Installed in 5 minutes once it got here 3 days late. (Leaving me stranded) Quality seems good and the customer service department was very pleasant to deal with. If you need it quickly, possibly pay for upgraded shipping if you have to because my cable was 3 days later than quoted when I paid for it.

Don't cheap out and go with motionpro cables. They are great and made specifically for whatever you ride so know it will fit.

This was a great replacement for the OEM cable. I installed 2.5” EZRizers and didn’t feel comfortable with how little slack I had. This install took only a few minutes and works flawlessly.

I cannot speak for other models of honda shadows but here's how my install went. The cable itself is longer than stock by about 4 inches which is a plus for me because I want to get better bars soon. It's heavy and feels of good quality as opposed to most I've seen in this price range, but here's the kicker the molded on ferrule on the gear box side is 1/8 or so too long to be put into the retaining fork. My solution was to take my rotary tool with a cutting disc and gently sand down that 1/8 till it slid perfectly into place. This takes time and patience so go easy but it is well worth the extra effort to get a great cable for bone yard pricing.

2008 Honda Shadow AeroWe had to grind down the end of this cable to make it fit into the attachment that connects it to the transmission. Works great after that adjustment
