I got this for a friend who had a c section and she loves it! So if you or someone you know has had a c section, this is amazing! And not a bad price. Very durable and comfortable. I also like how it is an ice pack or a heating pad.

As described. Pack in hospital bag or at least a must have for returning home post c section. Has a pocket for ice packs too 😊

I cannot give this item ENOUGH stars. This is WAY better than the belly binder at the hospital. I don’t write reviews often, but I had to with this. I would encourage anyone that has to have a c-section to get this. IT IS AMAZING. Along with taking the pain medicine, this helps swelling and just keeps you feeling like your insides are going to fall out at any moment. Get it, TRUST ME! Especially if you’re a thicker girl and need more support. 🤗

I really like this wrap. I'm not using it for c section recovery though. I'm using it for my back. I work as a nurse aide doing 12 hour shifts taking care of 24 people and my back goes out on me regularly. This hot cold wrap feels so good on my back and is very comfy to wear. It's plenty adjustable. It can fit up to 47" waist. The cold/hot packs feel sturdy and of good material and are soft and flexible. It comes with two ice packs so you can always have one ready to go. I like the large mesh velcro pocket that you put the ice pack in. It's big and easy to get the pack into. I also like the size and width of the band and packs. They are larger so that they cover a wider area. I know this is marketed for postpartum c section recovery, but I think it's also great to use if you suffer from back problems too. It's also great that it's hands free and I can walk around the house and continue doing things. It's not just for cold therapy but can also be heated up and used for hot therapy. I know I will be getting a lot of use from this and it's really going to help ease my back pain after a long shift at work.

I struggled to put it on without assistance and no matter how I placed it the velcro dug into my skin. Hot and cold packs are nice though.

I got this for an upcoming planned c section and couldn't be happier. This is well made and has two packs to freeze so you aren't left waiting. The band is adjustable and appears to fit well. The box itself is rather heavy which I wasn't expecting
